Lung cancer symptoms include recurring respiratory infections.Coughing up blood, recurring respiratory infections, a cough that does not go away, pain or aches in the shoulder, back or chest, trouble breathing, wheezing or hoarseness, voice change, feeling exhausted, weak or loss of appetite. Although many different illnesses can cause these symptoms, it is important to let your doctor know if you are experiencing any of them.[2]
